By hand producing fine bone china Dibbern are able to acheive the finest finish possible with with the greatest strength achievable.

Dibbern use two different processes for polishing the bottom of the ware after glazing to create as fine a finish on the bottom as the top. This avoids any damage to surfaces the bases come into contact with.

Testing for dishwasher compatibility means the samples are run through an industrial dishwasher for 3,000 cycles before being declared dishwasher safe.

The finished product is 30% lighter in weight than comparable items.
